Microsoft Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals (exam SC-900) is the entry-level Microsoft certification for people who want to understand how Microsoft's cloud security offerings work. This course explains the security, compliance and identity concepts that Microsoft's products are built around, then maps them to the product capabilities: Microsoft Entra for identity and access, Microsoft Defender and Microsoft Sentinel for threat protection and security operations, and Microsoft Purview and Compliance Manager for information protection, governance and compliance.
