1. Order confirmation
As soon as your payment is confirmed, the order appears in your account under "My account" and we send a confirmation to the email address on your account.
2. Delivery times
- Live online course: your seat is confirmed straight away. The class schedule, joining link and any pre-reading are sent to you at least 24 hours before the batch starts.
- Recorded course: access is switched on in your account — usually within minutes, and always within 24 hours of payment.
- Exam voucher: the voucher code is emailed to you, usually within 24 hours. For a few exam bodies it can take up to 3 working days; we will tell you if so.
- Exam simulator: available in your account within minutes of payment.
- PMP Money-Back package: course and simulator access within 24 hours; we then contact you to plan your PMI application, exam-fee payment and the 1-on-1 consultation.
3. If something hasn't arrived
First check your spam or promotions folder. If it is still missing after the times above, contact us with your order ID and we will resend it or sort it out the same working day.
4. Where we deliver
Our products are delivered online and can be used anywhere with an internet connection. Live classes run in Indian Standard Time. Exam vouchers are subject to the exam body's rules for the country where you take the exam.
