1. Our services
We offer live online certification classes, a recorded (self-paced) PMP course, discounted exam vouchers, online exam simulators and the PMP Money-Back Guarantee package. Details of each product — content, duration, schedule, price and what is included — are on its own page.
We are an independent training provider. Unless a page clearly says otherwise, we are not affiliated with, endorsed by or acting for the bodies whose certifications we prepare you for (see our Disclaimer). Certifications are awarded only by those bodies, under their own rules.
2. Your account
- Give accurate details and keep them up to date — we use them to deliver your purchase and, for vouchers, they may need to match your exam registration.
- An account is for one person. Do not share your login; you are responsible for activity on your account.
- You must be 18 or older, or have the consent of a parent or guardian.
- Tell us straight away if you think someone else has used your account.
3. Prices and payment
- Course prices are shown in Indian rupees (₹) to visitors in India and in US dollars ($) to visitors elsewhere, based on your location or the currency you choose. Exam vouchers and simulators are sold in rupees. The PMP Money-Back package is sold in rupees in India and in US dollars elsewhere.
- Prices include GST where it applies. You will see the final amount before you pay.
- Payments are processed securely by Razorpay: UPI, debit and credit cards, netbanking and EMI in India, and international cards and PayPal for payments in US dollars. Razorpay's (and PayPal's) terms also apply to the payment.
- An order is confirmed only when payment is received. If a price was shown in obvious error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.
- We may change prices at any time; a change never affects an order you have already paid for.
