1. Who we are
We provide certification training (live online classes and a recorded PMP course), discounted exam vouchers, online exam simulators and the PMP Money-Back Guarantee package. For the personal data described here we are the "data fiduciary" (the "controller" under the GDPR).
2. What we collect
- Account details β name, email, phone/WhatsApp number (optional) and a password, which we store only in a scrambled (hashed) form we cannot read.
- Social sign-in β if you choose "Continue with Google, Facebook or LinkedIn", we receive your name, email address and an account ID from that service. We never receive your password, posts or contacts.
- Orders β what you bought, the amount, currency, date, payment status and the payment reference. Card, UPI and bank details are entered on the payment provider's secure page (Razorpay, or PayPal through Razorpay); we never see or store your full card number.
- Learning activity β courses and batches you enrolled in, and your simulator attempts, answers and scores.
- Enquiries β the name, phone, email and message you send us.
- Technical data β your approximate country (from your internet address, to show prices in βΉ or $), browser type and the cookies described in our Cookie Policy. Our hosting provider keeps short-lived server logs for security.
3. How we use it
- To create and run your account, and to deliver what you bought β class links, course access, voucher codes and simulator access.
- To take payments, issue invoices and keep the accounting and tax records the law requires.
- To answer your questions and give you support on email, phone or WhatsApp.
- To help you register for your exam β for example, sharing your name and email with the certification body or voucher partner when a voucher must be issued in your name.
- To protect our practice questions β your name and email are shown as a watermark on simulator screens.
