About the course
Generative AI for Business Transformation is for managers and leaders who need to move beyond experiments with chat tools to a deliberate plan for the business. The course explains what generative AI can reliably do today, where it needs human review, and how organisations that get value from it go about adoption.
You examine realistic use cases function by function and learn to rank them using value, feasibility, data readiness and risk. The course shows how to build a business case with credible cost estimates, run a time-boxed pilot, choose between off-the-shelf tools, platform services and custom builds, and set up governance for privacy, security, intellectual property and accuracy. A change-management section deals with skills, roles, communication and the effect on jobs.
There is no external exam. Participants prepare a transformation roadmap for a function or business and receive an Assure Success course-completion certificate. This is a management course, not legal advice; formal compliance decisions need your legal and risk teams.
