What this course covers
Generative AI for Business Transformation is for managers and leaders who need to move beyond experiments with chat tools to a deliberate plan for the business. The course explains what generative AI can reliably do today, where it needs human review, and how organisations that get value from it go about adoption.
You examine realistic use cases function by function and learn to rank them using value, feasibility, data readiness and risk.
