What this course covers
This course prepares you for the Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification that is examined and certified by TUV SUD, an international testing and certification organisation. Assure Success delivers the training; the examination and the certificate are issued by TUV SUD under its own rules.
The 16 hours are compact, so we concentrate on what a Green Belt needs: DMAIC, voice of the customer, process mapping, basic statistics, capability, root-cause analysis, improvement tools, lean waste reduction and control plans. Because the course is short, learners who have not met these ideas before should plan to spend extra time on practice between sessions.
Exam format, passing mark, fees and any eligibility rules are set by TUV SUD and can change, so please confirm them with your counsellor and the TUV SUD documentation when you register. Q.How is this different from your Green Belt course?
