About the course
What this course covers
Snowflake is a cloud data platform that separates storage from compute and runs across the major clouds. It is widely adopted by Indian enterprises and consulting firms for data warehousing, data sharing and analytics, and Snowflake skills now appear in many data engineering job posts. The SnowPro Core certification is Snowflake's foundational credential for the platform.
This course teaches the platform the way the exam does. You start with the architecture: cloud services layer, virtual warehouses, micro-partitioned storage and how queries are processed. Next come accounts, roles and access control, data loading and unloading, working with semi-structured data, transformations with streams, tasks and dynamic tables, performance features such as caching, clustering and search optimisation, and the data protection and collaboration features such as Time Travel, cloning and secure data sharing.
The course prepares you for the SnowPro Core exam but does not include the exam fee. You work in a Snowflake trial account throughout, so you learn by doing; the exam expects roughly six months of Snowflake experience, which the labs and extra practice help you approximate.

The course follows the current COF-C03 SnowPro Core exam. Snowflake updates versions periodically, so always check its study guide before booking.
Q.Is the exam fee included?
No. You register and pay Snowflake directly. The fee is US$175 per attempt on Snowflake's page, and regional pricing may apply.
Q.How much Snowflake experience do I need?
Snowflake suggests about six months of hands-on use. The lab-heavy format helps, but plan extra practice in a trial account.
Q.Do I need a credit card for the trial?
Snowflake's trial terms change; we explain how to set up an account before the first class and recommend monitoring credit usage.
Q.Is SQL enough, or do I need Python?
SQL is the main language. Snowpark (Python) is mentioned at overview level only.
