About the course
What this course covers
Salesforce is the most widely used CRM platform, and organisations need administrators who can configure it and app builders who can extend it without writing code. This course combines the two roles. You will learn to manage users and security, design objects and relationships, automate processes with Flow, build Lightning pages and apps, and report on the results.
Every module is hands-on in your own Developer Edition org. You build a small business application during the course and cover the day-to-day tasks an admin handles: data imports, validation rules, permission sets, approvals and change management. A final block focuses on exam technique for the Salesforce Certified Platform Administrator and Platform App Builder exams.
The exams are taken separately with Salesforce through its official channels; exam fees are not included in the course price. Exam details change, so always check Trailhead for the latest guide before booking.

Yes. The syllabus covers topics for the Platform Administrator and Platform App Builder exams. They are separate exams that you register for and pay for on your own.
Q.Is the exam fee included in the course fee?

Q.Do I need coding skills?
No. Administrator and App Builder work is declarative: clicks, not code. Formula and logic skills are useful.
