About the course
What this course covers
This programme is for learners who want one structured path through the whole of modern project management rather than a single certification. It starts with core concepts and planning, moves through scheduling, cost, risk and quality, adds agile and hybrid delivery, and ends with PMP exam preparation and a capstone.
The PMP examination content outline effective July 2026 gives the exam three domains: People (33%), Process (41%) and Business Environment (26%). Our PMP preparation modules follow those domains, while the earlier modules build the practical tool skills behind them: work breakdown structures, estimating, critical path, earned value, risk registers, backlog planning and stakeholder reporting.
A completion certificate from Assure Success shows that you finished the programme. It is not a PMI credential. If you intend to take the PMP, you apply to PMI separately, and PMI requires project-leading experience and 35 hours of aligned training, so ask your counsellor how the programme's PMP preparation hours are certified.

FAQs
Questions learners ask us
Q.Is this the same as the PMP course?
No. It is a broader programme that includes PMP exam preparation as one module, alongside planning, scheduling, EVM, risk and agile skills. The PMP exam is taken separately with PMI.
Q.Does the programme give me a PMI credential?
No. You receive an Assure Success completion certificate. PMI credentials need their own application and exam.
Q.Do I need experience?
Not to join the programme. To sit the PMP exam PMI requires project-leading experience, so check PMI's rules.
Q.Does it cover agile?
Yes. There is a dedicated module on agile and hybrid delivery, and the PMP preparation module covers how the exam tests them.
Q.How is it delivered?
Live online instructor-led sessions in scheduled batches.
Q.Will it help me get a job?
It builds skills and gives you a capstone to discuss, but we do not guarantee jobs or salaries.
Q.Can I count the hours toward my PMP application?
PMI requires 35 hours of training aligned to the PMP content outline. Ask your counsellor how the programme hours are documented for that purpose.
