About the course
What this course covers
Professional Scrum with User Experience (PSU) shows how to bring UX practice and Scrum together. A common failure pattern is for design to run ahead of development in a separate track, so teams build what was designed rather than what users need. PSU teaches how to make UX part of the Scrum Team's work.
The class covers how UX practices fit into the Sprint, how to learn from users throughout development, and how designers, developers and Product Owners collaborate. Topics include understanding users and their problems, research and discovery, sketching and prototyping, usability testing, validating with real users, and using feedback in the Product Backlog. Exercises simulate real project situations.
The PSU I assessment is online and takes 60 minutes with an 85% pass mark. Confirm the question count and fee on scrum.org when you book.
