About the course
What this course covers
The Professional Scrum Product Owner - Advanced class is for Product Owners who know Scrum and the basics of product ownership and now need to deal with ambiguity: unclear customers, competing stakeholders, uncertain markets and pressure to deliver features instead of value.
The class uses the Product Owner stances as a framework for reflecting on your own practice. You work on creating and communicating a compelling vision, validating assumptions with experiments, making and defending decisions, forecasting under uncertainty, and managing value with Evidence-Based Management. Case discussions use real situations from participants.
The related assessment is the Professional Scrum Product Owner II (PSPO II), which tests your ability to choose appropriate actions in realistic situations. A pass gives a lifetime certification with no renewal fee.
