About the course
What this course covers
Professional Scrum Facilitation Skills (PSFS) is a Scrum.org class about helping groups think, decide and act together. It is intentionally practical: you learn why facilitation matters in Scrum, how to prepare a session, how to keep it on track, and how to adapt when things go wrong.
The class explores the facilitator stance, techniques for engaging all participants, handling conflict and strong personalities, facilitating Scrum events such as retrospectives and Sprint Reviews, and choosing structures that fit the group, including remote groups. You practise in small groups and reflect on what worked.
The PSF Skills assessment is a short online test of 20 questions in 30 minutes with an 85% pass mark. A pass gives a lifetime certification from Scrum.org.
