What this course covers
Professional Agile Leadership - Evidence-Based Management (PAL-EBM) teaches a practical way to answer the question every leader asks: is our product or organisation actually improving? EBM is a framework from Scrum.org that helps organisations measure value, learn from the evidence and adjust direction.
The class is built on the EBM Guide. You work with four Key Value Areas: Current Value, Unrealised Value, Ability to Innovate and Time to Market. You choose goals, select measures that match them, and decide how to experiment and adapt. Exercises use your own context so the measures are real, not generic.
The PAL-EBM assessment tests understanding of EBM and agile leadership with an 85% pass mark. The certification is lifetime. Question count, duration and fee should be confirmed on the Scrum.org page when you book.
