About the course
What this course covers
Product managers decide what to build, for whom and why, and then guide teams to deliver it. The role sits between customers, business and technology. This course introduces the whole product lifecycle for people who want to become product managers or who already work close to products.
You begin with the role and the mindset: outcomes over outputs. You then practise product strategy and vision, market and competitor analysis, customer discovery and user research, defining problems and opportunities, forming hypotheses and running small experiments, prioritising a backlog using frameworks, writing requirements and user stories, working with designers and engineers, planning roadmaps and releases, and measuring success with product metrics.
There is no external exam. The course ends with an Assure Success completion certificate. It is a skills course, not a licence; the product management profession does not have a single mandatory credential.

FAQs
Questions learners ask us
Q.Is this an official product management certification?
No single mandatory product management credential exists. This course ends with an Assure Success completion certificate and builds skills, not a third-party licence.
Q.Do I need a technical background?
No, but familiarity with how software products are built helps. We cover what you need to collaborate with engineers.
Q.Can freshers become product managers?
Entry roles such as associate product manager or product analyst exist, though competition is high and outcomes depend on skills and the market.
Q.Is it different from business analysis?
BAs focus on understanding and specifying requirements; product managers also own strategy, priorities and outcomes. Skills overlap.
Q.Is there an exam?
No external exam.
Q.What will I produce?
A capstone product plan with vision, research summary, roadmap and metrics.
Q.How is it delivered?
Live online instructor-led sessions in scheduled batches.
