Why take PRINCE2 Practitioner Certification Training?

PRINCE2 Practitioner shows that you can apply and tailor the method to a real project scenario, not only recall its terms. It builds on Foundation: you already know the principles, practices and project activities, and now you practise choosing the right management products, controls and responsibilities for a given situation.

The Practitioner exam is scenario-based and open book. You may use the official PRINCE2 manual during the paper, so success depends on finding the relevant guidance quickly and applying it to the facts in the scenario. Our sessions concentrate on exactly that: reading a scenario, spotting what the question really asks, tailoring the method and justifying the answer using the manual.

You must hold PRINCE2 Foundation (or another qualification PeopleCert accepts) before you sit the Practitioner exam. If you do not have it yet, our combined Foundation and Practitioner course covers both.

Prerequisites
