About the course
What this course covers
This programme combines our PRINCE2 Foundation and Practitioner courses so you learn the method and then learn to apply it, without gaps between the two. You begin with the principles, people element, practices and project activities of PRINCE2 7, take the Foundation exam, and continue into scenario work for the Practitioner exam.
PRINCE2 7 emphasises tailoring, people, sustainability and the use of digital tools and data. The Practitioner exam therefore asks you to apply the method sensibly to different project environments rather than follow a fixed checklist. The first half of the course gives you the vocabulary; the second half practises applying it.
Both exams are run by PeopleCert on the official PRINCE2 syllabus. The Foundation certificate does not expire; the Practitioner certificate has a validity period and needs re-registration.
