What this course covers
This combined course takes you through both PRINCE2 Agile levels in one programme. Foundation gives you the understanding: what agile means, which frameworks the guide draws on, and how PRINCE2's principles, practices and project activities relate to them. Practitioner then tests whether you can tailor the method to a specific scenario.
The skills are directly useful in organisations that need both control and flexibility, such as banks, telecom firms, public-sector bodies and global delivery centres in India serving UK or European clients. You learn how a project board can steer agile teams, how a business case links to a backlog, and how to report progress without duplicating effort.
Before sitting either exam you need a PRINCE2 Foundation or Practitioner qualification (or another PeopleCert-accepted equivalent). PeopleCert released a version 2 syllabus in April 2025, so confirm the syllabus version when you book.
