About the course
What this course covers
PRINCE2 Agile is a guide for using PRINCE2 in projects that deliver incrementally and work with agile teams. It does not replace Scrum or Kanban; instead it shows how to keep PRINCE2's governance, business justification and controls while letting teams work in an agile way.
The Foundation level checks that you understand the key ideas: the agile concepts used in the guide, how PRINCE2's principles, practices and project activities are tailored for agile delivery, and the agile behaviours and focus areas such as requirements, rich communication, frequent delivery and the agile way of working. It is aimed at people who already know PRINCE2 and need to explain or use it on agile projects.
Before you can sit the exam, you must already hold PRINCE2 Foundation or Practitioner (or another PeopleCert-accepted qualification). PeopleCert issued a version 2 syllabus for PRINCE2 Agile in April 2025, so check the exam syllabus you book against.
