Why take PMP Certification Training?

The Project Management Professional (PMP) is PMI's flagship credential for people who lead projects. This self-paced course walks you through the whole 2026 exam blueprint in recorded lessons, so you can study around your job, your shifts or your time zone. Every lesson maps to a task in the PMP Examination Content Outline (ECO) that PMI introduced for exams from July 2026.

The 2026 ECO is organised into three domains: People (33%), Process (41%) and Business Environment (26%). Business Environment is now a much larger share of the exam than before, so governance, compliance, change control, risk, organisational change and external-environment changes get serious time in this course. Roughly 40% of exam items reflect predictive approaches and the remaining 60% are split between agile and hybrid approaches, and the lessons reflect that mix.

The 35 hours of structured training satisfy the commercial-training requirement in your PMP application, provided you also meet PMI's experience requirement. PMI states that books and practice exams alone are not accepted as training, and that self-paced courses are acceptable when they include an end-of-course assessment, so you should keep your completion record handy in case your application is audited.

Prerequisites

● PMI eligibility: secondary school plus 60 months leading projects, or a bachelor's degree plus 36 months leading projects (all within the last 10 years); shorter paths exist for associate-level or PMI GAC-accredited degrees
● 35 hours of project management training aligned to the ECO, which this course provides
● No prior PMP knowledge is needed to start the course, but real project exposure makes the case studies easier
● A computer and stable internet connection for the lessons and, later, for the online proctored exam if you choose it

Your path to certification

Enrol and complete the 35 hours of recorded lessons, keeping your completion record.

Create a PMI account and submit the PMP application with your project experience and training hours; PMI may select it for audit.

Pay the exam fee after the application is approved. You then have a 1-year eligibility period to take the exam.

Book your exam slot at a Pearson VUE centre or as an online proctored (OnVUE) exam.

Take the exam, up to three attempts within the 1-year window if needed.

Maintain the credential by earning 60 PDUs every 3 years.
