About the course
What this course covers
No-Code AI Agents is for people who want AI to do real work in their business processes but do not want to program. You use visual automation platforms to connect AI models with everyday apps such as email, spreadsheets, forms, messaging tools and CRMs, then add logic so the workflow decides what to do next.
You start by learning how an AI step differs from an ordinary automation step, and how to write instructions that make it reliable. You then build workflows that classify and route emails, extract data from invoices or resumes, summarise meetings, draft replies for approval, update spreadsheets, and answer staff questions from a knowledge base. Later sessions add agent behaviour, where the model chooses among tools, along with approvals, logging, error handling, cost monitoring and privacy checks, so that what you build is safe to rely on.
Because no-code platforms change pricing and features frequently, the course uses current popular tools as examples and teaches patterns that transfer. There is no external exam. You finish with a working automation and receive an Assure Success course-completion certificate.
