Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certification Training

Black Belts lead complex, cross-functional improvement projects and mentor Green Belts. They are expected to design data collection properly, choose the right statistical tool, run experiments and manage the human side of change. This course builds that capability on top of the Green Belt foundation.

The curriculum follows DMAIC at greater depth. In Define and Measure you work on project selection, charter quality, gauge repeatability and reproducibility, and capability analysis for non-normal data. In Analyze you cover hypothesis testing, ANOVA, correlation, multiple regression, and nonparametric methods. In Improve you design and interpret factorial experiments, evaluate risk with FMEA and optimise settings. In Control you use advanced control charts, control plans and mistake-proofing. You also learn project leadership, stakeholder management, financial benefit validation and coaching.

There is no external exam. Learners receive an Assure Success completion certificate. Externally examined Black Belt credentials from bodies such as ASQ and IASSC are separate.
