About the course
What this course covers
Project delivery fails more often because of people issues than technical ones: unclear expectations, silent disagreement, stakeholders who are not engaged, or a team that does not trust the plan. This course is about the people side of project management.
We start with leadership: styles, motivation, building trust and empowering a team. We move to communication: choosing channels, structuring messages for executives and teams, listening, and running meetings that produce decisions. Later modules cover conflict, negotiation, influencing without authority, giving feedback and leading remote or cross-cultural teams, which are common in Indian IT and global delivery settings.
The course is highly interactive. There is no external exam; learners receive an Assure Success completion certificate. The topics line up closely with the People domain of the PMP exam, but this is a skills course, not exam preparation.
