What this course covers
Implementing SAFe prepares you to be a SAFe Practice Consultant (SPC): a change agent who helps an enterprise adopt SAFe, launch Agile Release Trains, train teams and coach the first PI. It is the most comprehensive SAFe practitioner course and combines the full Leading SAFe content with implementation skills.
The four days start with the digital age, Lean-Agile leadership, team and technical agility, Agile Product Delivery and Lean Portfolio Management. They then move to reaching the tipping point, designing the implementation by identifying value streams and ARTs, launching an ART, coaching ART execution, enhancing the portfolio and accelerating towards business agility. Group exercises use real-world cases so you practise the decisions an SPC actually faces.
The SPC exam has 60 multiple-choice questions in 120 minutes with an 80% pass mark. The first attempt is included in the course fee when taken within 60 days of course completion. Scaled Agile also publishes AI-empowered editions of several courses, so your trainer will confirm the exact edition and exam version at enrolment.
