About the course
What this course covers
Product Management (ICP-PDM) sits one step above day-to-day backlog work. It is for people who decide which problems a product should solve, for whom, and how the business will know it worked. The course looks at the whole product lifecycle: strategy, market and customer understanding, discovery, delivery, launch and ongoing growth.
You work with tools used by modern product teams, such as personas, jobs to be done, value propositions, lean canvases, assumption testing and MVPs. You also study roadmapping, outcome-based goals like OKRs, and the metrics product managers rely on to judge adoption and retention.
ICAgile certifications are awarded when you complete an accredited class and meet the instructor's acceptance criteria; there is no separate exam. The course is framework-neutral and fits product managers in startups, product companies and IT services firms building digital products.

FAQs
Questions learners ask us
Q.Is there an exam for ICP-PDM?
No separate exam is required. You are assessed during the live class through activities and exercises, and you must attend all the learning outcomes.
Q.How is this different from a Product Owner course?
A Product Owner course focuses on managing a backlog for a team. This course goes wider into strategy, market and customer discovery, experiments, metrics and lifecycle.
Q.Can I become a product manager without a technical degree?
Yes, many product managers come from business, design or analysis backgrounds. The course does not require coding.
Q.Does the certificate expire?
No. ICAgile states certifications do not expire and carry no renewal fees.
Q.Will it help me get a PM job in India?
It builds the knowledge and vocabulary, but product roles are competitive and employers want shipped-work examples. There is no job guarantee.
Q.Is it only for software products?
The examples are digital, but the strategy and discovery methods apply to any product or service.
