About the course
What this course covers
Product discovery is the work that happens before and alongside delivery: finding out who the customer is, which problem is worth solving, and whether your proposed solution is valuable, usable and feasible. Teams that skip it often ship features nobody uses.
This course walks you through a complete discovery cycle. You frame a problem, map the assumptions behind an idea, interview customers, build low-fidelity prototypes and run quick experiments. You also learn how product managers, designers and engineers share discovery work, and how findings feed the backlog and roadmap.
The course is listed under ICAgile's ICP-PDV certification code and, as with other ICAgile credentials, the certificate is awarded for completing an accredited class and meeting the instructor's assessment criteria, with no separate exam. ICAgile and some providers use different titles for this code, so your batch coordinator will confirm the exact title and curriculum on the certificate before you enrol.
