About the course
Coaching Agile Transitions (ICP-CAT) builds on Agility in the Enterprise (ICP-ENT) and is the second knowledge-based certification on ICAgile's Enterprise Coaching for Agility track. It is about helping an organisation change how it works and making that change stick.
You study how people and organisations respond to change, using well-known models, and how to shape a transition strategy that fits the organisation's context. The course covers working with sponsors, managers and teams, building a change team, handling organisational impediments, communicating and educating, and measuring whether the transition is working.
ICAgile certifications are earned by completing an accredited class and meeting the instructor's acceptance criteria; there is no separate exam. ICAgile has updated course titles on this track over time, so confirm the current title and any suggested prior courses with your batch coordinator before enrolling.
Focus on making change last
Many agile rollouts fade after training; this course concentrates on sustaining the change.

Enrol in a scheduled live online batch and confirm with the counsellor how the ICP-CAT credential will be issued for that batch before you pay.
Attend every live session; ICAgile requires you to be present for all Learning Outcomes covered in the course.
Contribute to the change-strategy case work and team exercises; the instructor uses them to assess the learning outcomes.
Complete the in-class activities and assessment until the instructor confirms you have met the acceptance criteria.
Receive your ICP-CAT certificate and digital badge from ICAgile and add it to your CV and LinkedIn profile.
