What this course covers
DevOps Leader is a DevOps Institute program, now delivered through PeopleCert, for people who must lead DevOps change rather than only practise it. It focuses on why transformation often stalls and what leaders can do: create a clear vision, understand the value stream, remove structural obstacles, build the right culture and measure progress.
The course covers the case for change, using value stream mapping to find where work waits, organisational design and team topologies, leadership behaviours, communication and change management, funding and governance models, risk and compliance in fast-moving delivery, and metrics that matter to executives. Workshops let you apply each topic to a real or sample organisation and produce a transformation plan.
The training is live and instructor-led online. The exam, if you choose to take it, is booked directly with the examination body; Assure Success does not issue the certificate. Please confirm the current exam details on the PeopleCert or DevOps Institute site.
