About the course
What this course covers
CyberSAFE is a security awareness course for everyday computer users. It teaches the habits and judgement that stop the most common attacks, because most breaches begin with an ordinary employee clicking, sharing or trusting the wrong thing.
The course is built around four ideas: know what to protect, recognise the risks, use security tools and safe practices, and respond when something goes wrong. Participants learn how phishing and social engineering work, how to create and manage strong credentials, how to secure laptops and phones, how to handle sensitive information, and how to browse and use email, social media and cloud services safely.
Sessions are practical and jargon-free. Everyone leaves with a personal checklist, clear reporting steps for incidents, and a better sense of how their daily behaviour affects the organisation's security. It suits corporate onboarding, annual awareness programmes and individuals who want to stay safe online.
