Claude AI Training

Claude AI Training teaches you how to get reliable, high-quality work out of Claude, the AI assistant from Anthropic, in real business settings. The focus is on workflows rather than features: how to brief Claude properly, give it the right documents, check its work and turn a one-off success into something repeatable for your team.

You practise research and summarisation across long documents, drafting and editing business writing, analysing spreadsheets and data files, preparing presentations and reports, building small interactive tools and dashboards, and organising work into projects with reusable instructions. A later section introduces Claude Code, the command-line coding assistant, for those who work with scripts, websites or data pipelines, and shows how tools and data sources can be connected through the Model Context Protocol. Throughout, you learn how to verify outputs, handle confidential information, and decide which tasks to hand to AI and which to keep.
