Change Management Foundation Certification Training

Most change initiatives fail not because of technology but because people do not adopt the new way of working. Change management is the discipline of preparing, supporting and equipping people so that a change delivers its intended results. This Foundation course introduces the concepts, the roles and the main tools.

The course follows the APMG International Change Management syllabus, which groups content into five areas: organisational context and approach, people and change, change leadership and teams, stakeholders and communication, and the work of the change manager. We also compare well-known models such as Lewin, Kotter, ADKAR and the Bridges transition model so you can use them with confidence in discussion.

The Foundation exam tests knowledge and comprehension, not scenario application. It has no prerequisites, and the Foundation certificate does not expire. If you want to prove you can apply the approach to a case, the Practitioner level follows.
