What this course covers
The Certification of Capability in Business Analysis (CCBA) from the International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA) is designed for business analysts with a few years of practical experience who want a recognised credential before reaching senior level. It is based on the BABOK Guide version 3.
The course covers the six BABOK knowledge areas in the depth the exam requires: business analysis planning and monitoring, elicitation and collaboration, requirements life cycle management, strategy analysis, requirements analysis and design definition, and solution evaluation. It also covers the techniques and perspectives that appear in scenario questions, such as agile, business intelligence, IT, business architecture and business process management.
IIBA asks for two to three years of BA work experience (3,750 hours within the last seven years), 21 hours of professional development in the last four years and two references. The exam has 130 multiple-choice, scenario-based questions and lasts 180 minutes. Our sessions combine concept teaching with case questions in the exam style.
