What this course covers
Azure Data Scientist (DP-100) certified that you could apply data science and machine learning to build and run ML workloads on Azure. Microsoft's certification page states that this certification and its renewal assessment are retired, and Microsoft updates list 1 June 2026 for the exam. The replacement named in those sources is AI-300, the MLOps Engineer Associate; please check Microsoft Learn for its status and outline.
The practical skills DP-100 tested are still the heart of cloud data science, so this course covers them: designing and preparing a machine learning solution; exploring data and running experiments; training and deploying models; and optimising language models for AI applications using Azure AI and Microsoft Foundry. You work in Azure Machine Learning with notebooks, jobs, data assets, environments, pipelines, MLflow tracking and managed online endpoints.
The course has no exam of its own; any Microsoft exam you choose is booked directly with Microsoft. Delivery is live, instructor-led and online.

No. Microsoft's certification page states that the Azure Data Scientist Associate certification and renewal assessment are retired, and Microsoft updates list 1 June 2026 for the exam.
Q.What replaces DP-100?
Microsoft sources name AI-300, MLOps Engineer Associate, which was reported to be in beta. Please verify on Microsoft Learn before planning.
Q.Is this course suitable for beginners in data science?
No. You need Python and basic machine learning knowledge. For a beginner path, start with machine learning fundamentals first.
Q.Will labs need GPUs?
