AI-Powered Product Management Training

AI-Powered Product Management covers two related skills. The first is using AI tools to do product work faster and better: synthesising interviews, drafting requirements, analysing usage data, generating test cases and preparing roadmaps. The second is managing products that contain AI, where behaviour is probabilistic, quality must be measured with evaluation sets, and costs scale with usage.

You learn product fundamentals along the way, including discovery, prioritisation, roadmapping, metrics and experimentation, and then see how AI changes each. For AI features you practise writing specifications that include acceptable error rates, fallback behaviour and human review, defining evaluation criteria with engineers, estimating per-user inference cost, and thinking through risks such as hallucination, bias and privacy. Case exercises use realistic scenarios in fintech, e-commerce, edtech and SaaS.

There is no external exam. You complete a product case and receive an Assure Success course-completion certificate. No coding is required, but you will read simple outputs and work with data.
