About the course
Product Owners spend much of their time reading, writing, comparing and deciding. Generative AI assistants can help with many of these tasks, but they can also produce confident mistakes. This course shows Product Owners how to use AI productively while keeping accountability for decisions.
You learn the essentials of prompting and how to give an assistant the right context about your product, users and constraints. You then apply AI along the product ownership workflow: summarising customer interviews and support tickets into themes, scanning competitors and market information, brainstorming options, drafting epics, stories and acceptance criteria, splitting large items, preparing sprint review material and release notes, and exploring product metrics and experiment results to support decisions. The course also covers how AI features can be added to products, what questions to ask about data and quality, and how to write requirements for AI-enabled features.
There is no external exam. You receive a course completion certificate from the training provider. AI tools change quickly, so features shown in class may differ from what is available to you; the course focuses on skills that transfer.
