What this course covers
Agentic AI for Leaders is a non-technical programme for senior managers, business heads and decision-makers who must decide where AI agents belong in their organisation. It explains in plain language what agents can do today, where they fail, and how to move from experiments to measurable value without taking on unmanaged risk.
The sessions walk through concrete agent use cases in customer support, finance operations, HR, sales, procurement, IT service management and software delivery. You learn how to estimate benefits and costs, how to run a structured pilot, how to choose between buying a product and building your own, and what to ask vendors. A strong section on governance covers data privacy, security, human oversight, accountability, auditability and India's data protection requirements at an awareness level.
